  • There's a large second floor deck with breath-taking views overlooking Sengekontacket Pond, Nantucket Sound and Chappaquiddick.

  • Private Association water frontage on Sengekontacket Pond for launching kayaks and canoes.
  • House Restrictions; Sorry there is No Smoking and No Pets allowed in the house.
